Who TradeCentric is Built For: Mid-Market and Enterprise B2B Suppliers
TradeCentric connects B2B Suppliers to their Buyers’ procurement systems, automating the order-to-cash steps that run between them. If three or more customers are asking you for integration, you’ve built workarounds to keep manual steps from causing delays, or you’re looking for a new channel for revenue growth, we may be a good fit.
30-Second Fit Test
If all four of these are true, we may be a good fit to help you reach your desired results. Three out of four is still worth a call, but an eCommerce website is a must for PunchOut.
You have a system to process digital orders
Every integration starts with a backend platform, like an ERP or order management system (OMS), that handles your transactional data. If your customer wants a PunchOut catalog, an eCommerce storefront is also required.
At least three B2B Buyers are ready or enabled to transact with you online
Or they’re already asking you to.
You’re a B2B supplier or buyer who is doing at least $100M in annual revenue
Ideally eCommerce is a growth priority for you, not a side project.
You’re comfortable with a starting investment of $15,000–$50,000 per year
On a minimum three-year term.
Is your order volume and complexity a fit for TradeCentric?
You sell on negotiated terms
You have a standing catalog with account-specific pricing and terms set up front, rather than quoted deal by deal.
Agreed pricing is what makes integration worth doing. Integration is what keeps it consistent from catalog to PO to invoice.
You get repeat orders
The same customers order from you again and again (supplies, parts, consumables) rather than placing one-off project orders or custom products.
Every repeat order is another round of manual entry and matching, so the cost of doing it by hand grows with volume.
Your customers buy through their own procurement system
Buyers with many requisitioners across sites and budget codes want to purchase in their own system instead of logging into yours.
In B2B, purchasing is often spread across many people, locations, and approvals, so companies route it through one system that controls who buys what and how it’s coded. Integration is how your orders, pricing, and invoices fit into that system.
Industries we work with most
Most of our customers are in these industries, though we work with many beyond this list

How is TradeCentric priced, and what does it include?
Some start because a customer asked them to integrate, and others proactively offer integration as a growth lever. Either way, many scale their program once they see the results.
1. How many customers you connect
Most Suppliers start by connecting with three or more customers, then add more over time.
2. What you want to automate
Start with the essentials (PunchOut, PO and Invoice Automation) or automate more of your order-to-cash process with PO acknowledgments, eQuote and advance ship notices. We’ll shape the solution around the results you want.

Many of our customers started right where you are. Two situations come up often.
No live eCommerce solution yet
We connect to an existing storefront, so if you’re still selecting or building a platform, it’s a little early to launch an integration project. Integration requirements are worth shaping the build around, so the integration guide is a good read before you commit to an architecture.
Only one Buyer is mandating PunchOut
Tell us anyway. A single large customer making integration a condition of continuing to trade is a real situation, and the right answer depends on what that relationship is worth to you.
Where we’re usually not the right fit
Project-only sellers and custom fabrication
When every order is quoted from scratch, there’s no standing catalog, so there’s little for us to connect to.
Services-only revenue models
Without products moving on a purchase order, there is nothing for a procurement system to requisition.
Direct-to-consumer brands with no B2B ordering motion
If none of your customers buy through a procurement system, there is nothing yet for us to connect to.
Manufacturers selling bulk to a single procurement team
High PO volume, one Buyer, no catalog and few requisitioners. That’s a lot of volume, but not the kind of complexity we solve for.
Who we partner with, and how that differs from a customer
We work with a broad ecosystem of partners to deliver best-in-class solutions. If you build, sell or implement the systems our customers connect to, explore partnership options below.
eCommerce and ERP platforms
If your platform is where your Suppliers’ catalogs and orders live, we connect it to their Buyers. Your customers gain PunchOut, PO and Invoice Automation without you building or maintaining those connections.
eProcurement platforms
If Buyers requisition inside your system, we bring their Suppliers onto it faster. Enablement moves from a per-Supplier project to a connection your Buyers can scale.
System integrators and consultancies
If you advise on or deliver B2B commerce and procurement programs, we take the integration layer off your scope and your timeline, and stay in place after go-live.
Build B2B commerce into your platform
Partner with TradeCentric to give your customers integrated commerce without building it yourself. Tell us about your platform, and we’ll map out the right partnership.
We serve customers all over the world
But these are the regions with the highest concentration of suppliers:
North America
United States and Canada
Our largest market and home to most of the Suppliers and trading partners in our network.
Europe
United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands and across Europe
The UK, Germany and the Netherlands are our core European markets, and we work with businesses throughout the Europe, including Switzerland, the Nordics and Ireland.

Still not sure after these? That’s exactly what the fit call is for.
Not at all. PunchOut is the best known of three motions, alongside PO Automation, Invoice Automation, PO Acknowledgement, Advanced Shipping Notices, and eQuotes. Channel manufacturers who will never run PunchOut often still have significant PO and invoice complexity, and that’s a genuine fit.
EDI presence is a positive signal, not a disqualifier. Most companies run clean EDI with their top twenty to thirty Suppliers and a mix of email, portals and manual orders with the hundreds that follow. That tail is the opportunity, and it gets larger as the company grows.
It’s a good head start: your Buyers are already integration-aware, which is where most conversations begin. Readiness on your side is a separate question, and one we can work through together.
Some teams do, and it works until the specs change. What breaks homegrown connections is maintenance: every Buyer platform update, every catalog format change, every new customer with a different setup. The more useful question isn’t whether your team can build one connection, but what the tenth costs and who’s maintaining all ten in year three.
Quite the opposite. Distributors selling to businesses are our best-fitting profile, and among the most successful.
Yes. TradeCentric connects your existing commerce platform to your Buyers’ procurement systems. If you’re still selecting or building one, the integration guide is a good starting point so Buyer requirements can inform the architecture.
$15,000–$50,000 per year for mid-market Suppliers ($100M–$1B revenue) connecting three to ten or more Buyers. Custom pricing at $1B and above. Minimum three-year term.
