TradeCentric’s latest quarterly product release continues to redefine B2B Connected Commerce excellence by unveiling a series of innovative upgrades. Included in this quarter’s release is TradeCentric Analytics, a powerful and exclusive platform for suppliers to monitor and improve the performance of their trading partner integrations and relationships, as well as enhanced PCI security and support for Peppol standards in global invoice processing.

This release underscores our commitment to security and empowering users with more comprehensive insights, which will ultimately drive B2B success and strategic growth.

Introducing TradeCentric Analytics: Designed to Drive B2B Success

A major highlight of the Q3 product release is TradeCentric Analytics. Designed to provide instant, actionable insights, this powerful solution enables suppliers to better understand and optimize their B2B integrations. New dashboards empower users to drill into key metrics and proactively identify issues, analyze performance trends, evaluate trading partner effectiveness, and more.

TradeCentric Analytics is an exclusive solution available only to TradeCentric customers, offering strategic intelligence that outpaces what other providers or in-house integration programs can deliver. With its unparalleled data analytics, Analytics empowers businesses to optimize B2B integration performance like never before.

One of the key advantages of TradeCentric Analytics is its ability to monitor trading partner performance. By tracking individual partner performance, businesses can easily identify their highest-performing partners to optimize for long-term success. At the same time, underperforming partners are quickly flagged, allowing for targeted improvements. This capability ensures that companies can unlock the full potential of their trading relationships and maximize profits.

TradeCentric Analytics also offers detailed solution reports that help businesses refine their integration programs. With intuitive dashboards and advanced filtering capabilities, Analytics allows you to drill down into the details that matter most. Whether you’re analyzing transaction volumes, assessing order fulfillment efficiency, or evaluating specific partner performance metrics, these tools help you gain actionable insights to guide and strengthen your strategy.

Another notable feature of TradeCentric Analytics is integration health monitoring, which gives businesses visibility into performance issues and opportunities that need to be addressed or leveraged.

By monitoring transaction rates, document delivery statuses, active integration routes, and more, companies can reduce disruptions, scale more efficiently, and protect both revenue and partner satisfaction.

Support for Peppol Standards in Global Invoice Processing

In this release, we’ve also introduced key updates to enhance data security and expand global invoicing capabilities.

One of these updates includes enhanced support for the Peppol network, a standardized eInvoicing platform widely used by businesses and governments, particularly across EMEA and other global regions. Peppol, which stands for Pan-European Public Procurement On-Line, enables the seamless exchange of electronic documents such as invoices and purchase orders, between organizations, regardless of their internal systems or geographic location. By utilizing a Certified Peppol Access Point, TradeCentric facilitates secure, end-to-end integration, streamlining the entire invoice processing lifecycle.

This enhanced Peppol support simplifies cross-border transactions and ensures compliance with evolving eInvoicing mandates in Europe and other regions. In addition to invoice processing, the update extends capabilities to purchase orders and PunchOut carts, enabling a smooth and efficient transaction experience for suppliers and trading partners.

Enhanced Data Security and Compatibility with Leading Platforms

TradeCentric continuously prioritizes the security of customer data and transactions. In this release we’ve enhanced our platform by integrating with leading payment providers such as CardConnect, Authorize.Net, and PayTrace to standardize how we protect sensitive PCI data for purchase orders. With this capability, we are providing customers with secure options to further reduce fraud risk by minimizing exposure to sensitive information. Support for additional providers will be added in future releases.

In addition, TradeCentric has completed compatibility testing for the latest releases from key partner platforms, including Adobe Commerce, Shopify, Coupa, and NetSuite, to ensure smooth and uninterrupted integration between platforms. This rigorous testing guarantees that TradeCentric connectors are up-to-date and function properly with both current and historical versions of these systems, minimizing disruptions and ensuring seamless commerce and procurement operations.

New TradeCentric Connect Packages

In response to evolving customer needs, we introduced new TradeCentric Connect Packages that offer enhanced flexibility and scalability. These packages are designed to help businesses of all sizes find the right balance between automation, support, and long-term growth.
